Marc Becker was born in 1973. Following his A-levels he trained as a Bank Clerk and then went on to study at the universities of Heidelberg and Bologna. Post-graduate in-service training in Mannheim with voluntary service in the German Embassy in Rome. In addition, he studied history and philosophy in Darmstadt. Since 2004 as lawyer also in Darmstadt and since the beginning of his legal career he has been a member of this law firm.
Mr. Becker is the GP among the lawyers and a convinced all-round man. All restrictions, such as those requiring the lawyer to focus on a particular area of law, cause him physical pain. He is just as familiar with the comprehensive treatment of medium- sized companies as he is with cases involving domestic affairs or with the defence in cases involving busi-ness offences. In addition, he has been endowed with a special interest in the law of ten-ancy and the Condominium Act. By reason of his training he is particularly interested in dealing with international cases, mainly concerning Italy and Italian law.
Mr. Becker is listed as counsel of choice by the Italian Consulate General in Frankfurt am Main. He is also a member of the Bar Association in Frankfurt am Main.
